Beginner Yoga?
 

Does anybody know a good beginner yoga video? There are so many to choose from that I don't know where to start. I have the Just My Size Yoga video, but it's too easy. I'm not a total beginner to yoga, but I haven't done that much. Any suggestions?

I do yoga off FitTV when I can catch it.. its called Namaste, its very peaceful, and its themed so people arent in like a class room doing it anyways, I found it rather beginner friendly yet effective, because Im always sore the next day.. as for a video Im not sure. I guess you could go to FitTV and see if they offer the video.

I really like Crunch Candlelight yoga. It is one of the best Yoga DVDs that I have.

The Method series is good--they show modifications.

I have been doing the A.M. and P.M. Yoga for Beginners with Rodney Yee and it has been great - even my daughter has been lovining it....
