I am going to start pilates as soon as the dvd comes in the mail!

I am not "way" into Pilates right now - but I do at least the Winsor Buns and Thigh work out 3 times a week - it's only 20 minutes and I can easily do it before my kiddos wake up. I see more results in losing inches when I combine it with my regular cardio.

I'm really discouraged right now...I have Denise Austin's Pilates DVD, and I used to do it semi-regularly, but today I could barely get to the halfway mark and had to quit. I really don't think it's a good one for anyone who's out of shape - it's more for people who already do Pilates. *sigh*
How's the Leslie Sansone Pilates? I didn't know she had one. |
