My friend is thinking of ordering this, and I told her that I would ask and see if anyone has tried this. So, has anyone tried this????

I have it. I don't particularly care for it. I've read rave reviews on it though, so I think that I'm in the minority that don't like it. It's something to do on a day off of exercising, because it isn't much of a workout. I prefer Crunch's Cardio Dance Party over this one.
