Anybody Doing Slim in 6???

I just noticed it's six weeks until my 49th birthday. And that I own the Slim in Six video series. So...I just started the workouts today--anyone out there care to join me?

There is another thread around here somewhere. I guess it got lost.

I love SI6. I used it a couple of years ago and it was awesome. I am trying to ease back into it. Yesterday was Day 1 of Start it Up. I've been trying to keep it up for 6 consecutive days, but so far have had no luck. I love it because I saw results right away.

I hope I can keep it going. Good luck to you!!!

Day 2: I moved right into Ramp It Up since I wasn't sore from Start It Up.....
