Here are mine:

Cardio: Crunch bootcamp

Yoga:Power Yoga (Gaiam with Rodney Lee)

Strength: Prevention Belly,Butt and thighs

Other: QuickFix Stability Ball


These are my favorites mainly because they are the most challenging but fun.
