Stretching?
 

I am looking for a nice and EASY video - something that involves stretching and becoming more flexible. I want something simple that will help me to limber up a bit and make it easier for me to do my other workout videos. Any ideas?

I just got the Stott Pilates "Simple Stretches" DVD. It is pilates-infused yoga. This video is a mellow sequence of poses based on yoga traditions united with the established principles of pilates. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!!!!!
