Thanks, everyone for your encouragement. Spent most of the day shopping with DD. But after supper, I did the 1 mile abs workout. Had hoped for much more, as I usually get my high miles on the weekends, but it was not to be. Hopefully, I'll do better this week. I really don't want to miss my May Walk Goal and I'm already behind by almost 10 miles!
Michele ~ Well you're doing a GREAT job and always push yourself so hard! Glad you were able to go shopping with your DD, and you still got some walking in with that also!
I got myself up this early this morning and did the 2 mile High Calorie Burn with 3 pound weights! I had to do something to get out of this funk. Hoping for another 1 or 2 tonight!

Sorry I haven't checked in in a while. I promise to do better. Hope everyone is doing well. This morning I did the 2 mile for Abs w/out the belt and before that I did Jillian Michaels shape up front. Talk about a workout!!! I had to modify, but made it through. And I love the fact that it's only 30 minutes. So now I'm getting at least 1 hr in a day. I'm hoping it'll push me off the plateau. I'm going to go catch up on posts. Talk to you soon.

Watp friends, Hello,... I am getting siked again from seeing those miles completed..Wow, you girls are awesome!! I wish I can say the same for myself..did good on Saturday ..but not 1 mile on Sunday..did walking outdoors by doing errands and was beat and had joint pain. I am going to start with 1 mile for 3 days..or depending how my body feels. Did no WATP for Monday...Tuesday will be better..

Hi everyone. Just found this site a few days ago and am trying to find my way around. I've been doing the WATP videos since January and have lost 28 lbs so far. I started out with the one mile thinking I'd never be able to do a 2 mile and I now only do 2 miles when I'm pressed for time. I am able to complete the 3 miles and 4 miles w/o problem....which still amazes me
Today I did the 3 mile WATP Express with the stretchie band. I had set a goal of walking 80 miles in May and I've made it 72 3/4 miles so far (had a couple of treadmill days in there )
Hope to be able to offer and receive some great support here on my long weight loss journey!!
