This morning I did the 3 Mile Super Fat Burning Walk with 2 lb weights, and this evening I did the Strength and Sculpt section of The Biggest Loser DVD, followed by the 1 Mile Get up and Get Started Walk with 3 lb weights....I worked out a LOT to try to compensate for the McDonald's I had today.
Good Morning ~ This morning I did the 2 mile high calorie burn. I'm just trying to get back into the routine after being sick and getting lazy this past week. Hope everyone has a wonderful Monday!

Sorry I haven't been around, just been working and busy with the kiddos.
Monday I did the 2 mile express w/ stretchie, Tuesday I did walk/jog, this morning I did 2 mile for Abs w/ the ab belt. I added on another set of bands and the resistance is great.

Cathy ~~ You're doing so good! I've been having bad stomach pains since Monday morning, and so I have only exercised once this week. i'm hoping I feel better soon to get back into the routine if things again!

I did the Walk and Kick this morning and 10 minutes of the Biggest Loser workout #2. It's high intensity cardio, it was killing my calves so I stopped and did Leslie. I guess I'll just stick with the workouts 1 & 3 til I get in better shape.

Nothing still for me today. I thought I was feeling better when I first got up this morning, but still not feeling too good now. I hope by tomorrow I'm feeling better, because I do miss my WATP!
