A great set of tapes is Walk Away The Pounds with Leslie Sanson. I have them and they come in stretching, 1, 2, 3 and 4 miles. They are fairly simple, mostly walking front to back, side to side. You can even use weight balls once you are ready. I love my tapes. I too have Richard Simmons tapes and LOVE LOVE LOVE him. He is such a great motivator. One thing you can do is the first two songs and then the last. These are the warm up and cool downs until you feel like you are ready for more. Hope this helps.
