Default WATP? - 4m Super Challenge or 2m Walk&Jog?

Just curious if anyone has both of these? How does the intensity compare? I know one is longer. I have the 3m express advanced walk and want to get another of her dvds. TIA!

I haven't tried the 4 mile walk yet! If you can do the 3 mile walk and not feel tired you're probably up to doing the 4 mile!

I think if you do the 3 mile, you would enjoy the 4 mile. Walk and JOg is about 2.5 miles in the same 30 minutes of a regular 2 mile. I have both and like each of them for different reasons. I'm not a big jogger, so I guess I'd prefer the duration of the 4 mile over the Walk and JOg.

Happy walking!

Thanks so much for your input! I went ahead and got the 4 mile. I usually go to the gym for cardio, but need some backup dvd's for when my kids are sick and I cannot go.
