I was wondering if anyone had tried this program? I found it on blockbuster.com and thought I'd give it a shot.

That does sound interesting. I've never heard of him before, but it does look like the program may be flexible enough for all fitness levels. If it's on the Blockbuster subscription service, that would be a great way to try it out before buying.

I just bought it. I love him on his Caribbean Workout show, so when I saw it at Walmart, I just grabbed it. Can't go wrong with all the options on the DVD for $16. I've done 2 of the workouts so far & liked both of them. The only disappointment so far is that Shelly McDonald isn't with him on this video & I'm used to her from C.W.
