"DE PLANE!, BOSS, DE PLANE! has dropped them off
YAY THEY ARE IN!!! I GOT TURBO JAM YESTERDAY, I TRIED THE LEARN AND BURN THIS MORNING AND IT WHIPPED MY BUTT. MY WHOLE BODY WAS BURNING AND SWEATING. THE ONLY THING I NOTICED WAS THAT I DIDNT FEEL ANYTHING IN MY ABS, MOSTLY IT WAS MY UPPER THIGHS. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM? AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG? MY DAUGHTER IS 14 MONTHS SHE WAS SITTING ON THE COUCH BOUNCING UP AND DOWN WATCHING ME. HAHA
TURBOMIMI, I WANT TO DO THE 10 DAY PLAN, JUST GIVE ME TOMORROW TO WATCH THE CARDIO AND THE SCULPT TO KINDA GET DOWN THE MOVES, I FOUND THE BURN KINDA EASY(i use KINDA loosely) TO FOLLOW IF YOU PAY ATTENTION, CAUSE SHE ALWAYS SAYS WHAT IS NEXT. I DONT THINK I WILL STICK TO THE MEAL PLAN BUT I WILL GET RID OF ALL THE BAD STUFF AND STICK WITH THE GOOD, IM A PICKY KID EATER, IM SURE YOUR GRANDCHILDREN ARE THE SAME SO YOU CAN RELATE. LOVEINET, SIGMA3 AND 2CM3AGAIN, What do y'all think about starting the 10 day challange on June 12th, ending on the 21st (first day of summer)? That will give us a chance to starting modifying our menus and get the 11 moves down. I will start a new thread and see how many others are interested. Let me know - I'm ready when you are....

Too clumsy and uncoordinated for CP3...
:o I just tried out Cardio Party 3 and I only made it, again, 20-25 mins through... I was so lost I wasn't getting a good workout... it was just making me have a headache... I am gonna have to take some time to learn those properly and break that one down... man! UGH! I feel so stupid and mad at myself right now but my goodness it was sooo much faster than the other Cardio parties. :dizzy: And there is so little repitition... it's like you don't even get time to learn one move and your on to the next confusing thing... or maybe I'm a bumble foot... I dunno. Definitely put a damper on my day. :stress: :cry: :(
Hey ladies... the kick start sounds awesome!! I wish you all the best on it!! I have been TJing for a few months so I don't think I can do it... but you guys will really be pleasanty suprised I think. I think I am gonna go do just the cool down on the KP & J... that looked fun and I didn't get to do it last night! Hope I don't trip over that too... UGH!!! Blarg! See you ladies later!!! |

Don't be discouraged. I think you probably just need to learn the moves as you said. Go back and do one of the DVD's that you know and don't ever feel like you haven't accomplished something. You did get off the couch and tried. That in it self is something to be proud of. I would like to encourage you to do the challange with us just for fun and even if you loose 1 pound and 5 inches, that is OK. It will be a chance to get to know some of the other Jammers and we would love to have you. We are also sharing home emails and phone #'s for additional support. If you change your mind just let us know. We have Ohio, Texas, Nebraska and Florida represented so far. You can always substitute your food and the workouts. I think just being accountable to the team will help my will power. Have a great weekend. Linda |

Please don't get discouraged Lan. I felt that way with some of the fast pace ones too and it won't take you too long to move right along with them. Seriously. Just be proud you tried it and did what you could. My favorite quote from Chalene in a couple of her workouts is that mistakes burn calories - and that is SOOOO true. Even if you aren't doing the same moves they are in the same way they do . . . you are STILL BURNING CALORIES and moving your body and getting healthy!!!! I don't get my period anymore (hysterectomy) but I remember some days during the month being more uncordinated - that could be a reason you are feeling more clumsy too. You can do the kick start anytime! I just did it with the National House Party and I've been doing Turbo Jam since last September. Lost some more inches too even though I did gain 4 ounces.

Hey Guys!! I'm new to the boards and am glad i found this thread.;) I ordered Turbo Jam about 2 days ago. I'm so excited, it looks like a blast.:carrot: My order should be here just in time for my 19th birthday on June 10. (I need to loose the "freshman 20" i gain this past year in college) I figured it'd be a good birthday present. :D I'll do Learn and Burn 2 get the moves down. If ya'll are still gonna do the 10 day challege starting June 12th may I join you?:^: It'd be awesome to have Turbo Jam buddies...:hug:

Hello everyone, I hope you all are still on track. I had a graduation this weekend and was unable to do my turbo jam but I still got a good workout with all the walking and cleaning that I had to do in order to set up everything for the graduation dinner. I will be doing turbo jam tonight. I have not tried the sculpt jam yet but I'm going to do it tonight. I think I still scared of cardio party, but maybe by the weekend I'll work my way up to it. Has anyone taken their measurements or weight to see where they are? If so would you please post. I haven't lost anymore weight but I need to check my inches. Keep up the good work.
