Reached a small goal!!
I'm soo happy, I got through the medium intensity lower body on the Denise Austin disc. One of my goals is to get through her medium upper and lower :) I know its prob a small goal but its something. HIGH INTENSITY HERE I COME!!
Can't wait till my others come, I ordered Billy Blanks Bootcamp, Oxycise, Denise Austin Cardio, and a Richard Simmons Cardio came with it. I am looking into the exercise ball since it looks like a load of fun :lol: Here of any other fun/effective and doable ones hehe? :D |
