MTV workouts?

Has anyone here tried the MTV pilates or Yoga workouts?

I'm wondering how good they are....I'm looking for a beginner Pilates and/or Yoga tape to use to alternate between tae bo and WATP

I tried the pilates, but I didnt really like it, it was really hard to follow. I prefer to just go to a pilates class at the gym.
