Diana, I’m also glad that I made better food choices today. The plus side to yesterday is that I helped raise money for a friend and her husband. Anna’s husband is battling cancer.

Good night! Diana, my step goal is between 10,000 and 15,000 steps a day. I power walked to and home from my meeting tonight. My fitness goals for today have been attained. 😁🐇😷🐰
