Good morning! Fell asleep in front of the TV. When I got home from work on Friday, I noticed my pedometer was missing. I found it in my purse after I got home from church last night. Went for two power walks yesterday. Will be shutting down in a few minutes to go to bed. 😃

Good morning! Had breakfast and did 2 miles Leslie Sansone this morning. Went to the doctor for my annual physical. Great check up. Running errands before lunch.😃

Good night! Took the bus to a nearby community today. Had a doctor appointment. It went well. Power walked and ran errands after my appointment. Had lunch at The Main Diner. I had their Grilled Chicken salad for lunch. It was very good. I power walked to and home from my meeting tonight. I ran errands on the way home. 😃
