I Walked after Work Today-even though physically tired
I made myself take a good walk this eve after coming home from work. I walked for almost 1 hour. I had salad b4 I walked and then a nutritious cheese and sour French bread sandwich w/ a few slices of thin turkey lunchmeat. For breakfast I began my new liquid diet. Then a lite lunch followed by a Slimfast shake and dinner was my largest meal. I do feel guilty as I did snack while watching tv , on M and M's, 1 small bag. I need a better workout so I can allow myself to snack on something sweet when done exercising. That's my weakness, the sweet craving, following my hour walk.

Good evening! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone before I left for work this morning. Power walked and ran errands during my lunch break. Will go for another power walk and run errands in a few minutes. 😁❤️😷🍀
