Good evening! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone this morning. Took the bus to a nearby community to power walk and run errands there. Power walked and ran errands before supper. My fitness goals for today have been attained. 😁☃️😷❤️

Default Daily Walks in the Hood is My Current Workout

I work, therefore I walk.

I walk therefore I work.

I walked about 3x around my safe walking area.

My goal is to increase my boundaries of distance walked

and to go for at least 5x around.

Walking helps me to reduce stress,

and increase my ability to have more energy

for work as well as for my short mall-o-day trips.

I plan to fit into a bathing suit so that I may return to lap swimming again.

For now I am limited to walking for weight loss and stress reduction and overall health and well being in the current time.

I gained almost 30 Lbs during my 2 year Covid recess so am trying to return to my last healthy weight.

I have donated tons of clothes as a result of weight gain

and plan to re-purchase new clothes to reward myself as I lose weight and belly fat.
