Hi Everyone!
No workout today. There's a lot going on with church right now. A couple ladies has needed rides to Dr's apts. We have a bit of a health mess going on. One lady has a broken leg, one lady just had foot/bunion surgery, one lady is having a heart cath. procedure on Friday and can't drive because of dizziness. We are having to prepare for Ms. Connie's Memorial service and we are limited as to who can help because of health issues. We are already a very small church, LOL, so this is getting really interesting, LOL. Geesh.

Good evening! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone before I left for work this morning. Power walked and ran errands during my lunch break. Power walked and ran errands before supper tonight. My fitness goals for today have been attained. 😁❤️😷☃️
