Today will be a busy day. We are decorating the church for Christmas. Not sure about a formal workout but I know I will get plenty of steps in.

Good morning! Just had breakfast. Misplaced a bottle of prescription medication but fortunately itís only taken once a day. Itís also one where missing a dose wonít hurt me. I did find it so will take it tomorrow. Will go for a power walk and run errands in a few minutes. 🎅🏻😁🤶❤️🌲
