Today will be a busy day. We are decorating the church for Christmas. Not sure about a formal workout but I know I will get plenty of steps in.

Good morning! Just had breakfast. Misplaced a bottle of prescription medication but fortunately it’s only taken once a day. It’s also one where missing a dose won’t hurt me. I did find it so will take it tomorrow. Will go for a power walk and run errands in a few minutes. 🎅🏻😁🤶❤️🌲

Good night! Power walked to and home from lunch today. Ran errands on the way home. Watched Christmas movies on TCM this afternoon. Watched A Holly Dolly Christmas tonight. It was wonderful!🤶❤️🎅🏻😁🌲
