Good Morning, Everyone! Happy Friday!

I didn't do a workout yesterday. I still try to get my steps in daily. Last night I was short of my step goal so I kept marching and moving around until I got all my steps in.

Last night: Basic Stretches
This morning: Oxycise

Hi Everyone!

Today was the bible study class at the school. It was moved from Tuesday to Friday. Everything just went crazy today. Today was my DH's birthday so we went out to celebrate. No workout to report but since I was busy all day, I got my steps in.

Good morning again! Had breakfast. Have had a very productive morning. Two things I ordered from amazon arrived this morning. I was expecting them to come today but not this morning. I was expecting them this afternoon. 😁❤️

Hi Everyone!

No workout to report. I helped my friend do some painting. Her DH doesn't like projects (my DH hates it too). He is out of town and she wanted to paint her restroom. I got a lot of steps in though.
