Today is a sheer willpower day. I got terribly sick yesterday, my face looks like I have been in a fight it is so ruptured from vomiting. I just feel like I have been wrung out if that makes sense, sigh.
On a fun note though, hubby bought me a fitbit scale that I have been wanting for a long time. Unfortunately it showed me gaining a few pounds over my old scale but I don't care right now. Why do new scales always seem to show a gain?

Hi Everyone!

Like I expected, I didn't get a workout in today. But I did get a lot of steps in, so that's good. The chorale group (The Appalachian Bible College Chorale) was such a blessing! It was a lot of work but so worth it. Us ladies were in the kitchen while the kids were eating dinner. They called us into the dining room and they sang a thank you song for us. The whole group seemed so appreciative of the meal and were extremely respectful. It was amazing to see young people conduct themselves like that.
