good evening! 2 miles leslie sansone before i left for work. power walked and ran errands during my lunch break. will go for another power walk and run another errand in a few minutes.

HI Everyone!

My DH has been feeling bad since we got back home. This morning he woke feeling even worse. I took him to the Urgent Care place after work today. They diagnosed him with a sinus infection. He's got an antibiotic. Hopefully he starts feeling better soon. Because it's an infection, he was hurting all over. His joints were very painful. I never knew it would bother your joints like that.

I had a lot going on and with having to take DH to the Urgent Care I didn't get a workout in.

good morning! diana, hope your dh starts to get better soon. i had a uti this summer. while it didn't effect my joints, i was miserable. i couldn't sleep very well. once i got on the antibiotic, i started sleeping very well. will have breakfast and work out in a few minutes.
