HI Everyone!
No workout to report. We have been having alarm problems at work this week. The tech had to come out this morning. We thought it was fixed and then it acted up again. They came back out and now think the circuit board needs to be replaced. They are suppose to be at the shop tomorrow morning. We were suppose to be leaving for our vacation tomorrow morning. You gotta love being self employed, NOT!

I am getting ready to go out of town today. My goal during this time will be to control the weight gain as much as possible. I would love to maintain during this time. I will check in if/when I can.
