power walked to and home from lunch. ran an errand on the way home from lunch. had an early supper. power walked to church tonight. got a ride home. watched the remainder of the ten commandments.

good afternoon! went for another power walk this morning. also ran more errands. went to rite aid and bought two bottles of Welch's grape juice. one was a bottle of white grape juice. the other was concord grape juice. the food pantry was open today so I stopped there and donated the bottle of white grape juice to them. then I power walked home. will have lunch in a few minutes.

good morning! when I got home from work yesterday, I had no internet. everybody who uses consolidated communications as their isp in my area had no internet. it didn't com back on until after midnight. will have breakfast and go for a power walk in a few minutes.
