I was not able to get to the gym. There was a major accident in town with a fatality on a main road. Some of the roads are still backed up.

1 mile walked
Still haven't found out what is wrong with my foot/ankle. The doctor put me on water pills to try to pull the swelling out of my feet and legs to see if that helps with the pain. I don't know whether it is helping or not, in some ways it seems to be and in other ways it seems to still be the same. It is so frustrating.
