good afternoon! 2 miles leslie Sansone before I went to visit with the "vampires" at associated clinical lab behind westfield memorial hospital. I was able to get the 10:00 bus home. went to one of my favorite restaurants for a late breakfast.

good evening! overslept this morning so only did 1 mile leslie Sansone. did go for a power walk and run errands during my lunch break from work. will power walk and run errands on my way to dinner tonight.
