went for two power walks today. a store I needed to go to when I went on the first one. will take the bus to a neighboring community to grocery shop and run errands there.

Good afternoon,

Walked for 16 minutes today during lunch (up from 5 minutes when I started the beginning of the month!!). Water aerobics class this month 2 out of 3 classes (missed one but progress not perfection). Going to Las Vegas for a long Memorial Day weekend so expect to do LOTS of walking for the next 4 days.

Hi Everyone!

Millie Have a good trip!

We are also going away for the weekend.

No workout to report. I went in late because I was starting to pack for our trip. Cody was suppose to be groomed today. The groomer is mobile now so she comes by the shop. She had a problem with her trailer so she couldn't come by. When we closed the shop we went to eat dinner and then went to the pet store to give Cody a bath there. It wasn't too bad with the DH & I both working on him. They have a really nice set up with all the conveniences and hypoallergenic shampoo.

We are leaving tomorrow morning. I will be taking my laptop so I should be able to keep in touch. I will be doing mostly swimming for my workouts.
