hsd breakfast and just got back from power walking and running errands. will take a shower in a few minutes and then will take the bus to a neighboring community to power walk and run errands there.

Hi Everyone!
No workout for today. I had too much going on. Our attorney passed away last month. We got a letter from his wife stating that the office would be closing next week and they had documents for us to pick up. I had to go downtown for that and I also had a hair apt. today.
