I might have to take an easy day today, my hip and calf are hurting and I am worried about straining it more.
Maybe I will try for more miles in a little bit after I stretch and roll my calf.

My son is officially out of the house, he still has some odds and ends here but for the most part he is moved out. It is almost scary it just being hubby and I in the house. It seems too quiet, too empty and just wrong in some way, lol.
