I am so unmotivated to do arms today, all I want to do is curl up with a cup of coffee and binge watch something stupid on tv, lol.

HI Everyone!
tubolard Great job!
No workout to report. I was busy working on my month end books today and ended up running out of time to workout. I think the pool is open at the gym. I have been missing swimming. Tomorrow I have to take my books to the CPA. Also, we are suppose to meet at the church to work on the painting project. We had to do a lot more work smoothing the walls than we anticipated. I have been at the church a few times this week. I think tomorrow will be more sanding and if everything looks good we can start painting. There's only 3 of us working on this project. The next room to be painted is a much bigger room. I think we need to recruit more people for that project.
