Squeeked in a short workout, I will try to get another mile and do arms later after doctors appointment.
My neck is still stiff so I will have to see how doing my arms go.

My neck is still sore so I am not sure whether to do arms or not. I guess I will give the tylenol more time to kick in and go from there. I really don't want to miss arms again, but I don't want to hurt myself more. Choices, choices, decisions, decisions, sigh.

I took hubby to the doctors office yesterday. He is sick but it isn't the flu. He has a hodge podge of assorted ailments so he got a shot and some antibiotics. Hopefully he feels better soon and he doesn't give me whatever he has got.

carolr, don't blame you for not liking to go to Wal-Mart anymore. I try not to go to my local Wal-Mart but there are times that I must go there as there are things that I need that I can't anywhere else. power walked to and home from church tonight. ran errands both ways. will have supper in a few minutes.
