Doctors appointment tomorrow, it is a 6 hour round trip to see him, but it is a check up on my foot after the surgery on it.
I hope this is the last follow up, the trip is just so long and tiring. All I do is sit in a car but it just wears me out, sigh.

had breakfast. will go for a power walk and run errands in a few minutes. I was surprised that the mail was delivered this morning. it's usually not delivered until after 3:00 in the afternoon.
