Carol I hope your hubby is doing okay. I hope your foot and wrist are doing better.


1 mile walked, I will try to do another in a few minutes.

I had blood work done the other day and it showed high cholesterol and extremely low thyroid. I am hoping that the low thyroid is the cause of my being so tired all of the time and the constant up creeping of my weight.

No walk this morning, I had to run to town and then I just over ate breakfast. I am too full to even think about jostling around on a walk, lol, sigh.

I binge ate for breakfast, I will be honest and admit it, sigh. I don't know why I do it, I hate that I do it and it is so hard to not do it. SIGH SIGH SIGH. I am so annoyed with myself, I didn't want to binge this year and 3 days in and here I go.
