Still not able to workout, but I am in regular shoes for the last few days and it seems to be going well. I will be glad when I feel like I can start walking/working out again.
I got my new computer set up but I lost a lot of stuff on the old one, sigh. Pictures, music, lots of websites I would visit occasionally but now I can't remember the actual name of, lol. I really hate it when I have to get a new computer, but I got a really good deal on this one, I found it on clearance for under two hundred dollars so I saved quite a bit of money on it.
glad that regular shoes are feeling good on tubolard. just got back from power walking and running an errand. will go for another power walk and run another errand in a few minutes.
I know where tubolard is coming from, too. however, that's the only reason I don't like getting a new computer. I do like finding out what a new computer can do.
carolr, you had a very busy and fun day. I also had a busy day today. got a lot done. hung the load of laundry that I did yesterday before I left for work. unloaded the dishes from the dishwasher. ran that last night. I took the recycling to the recycling center. I went out to dinner with my uncle, aunt, cousin and her husband. we celebrated my birthday.
after church, I power walked to lunch. after lunch, I power walked home and ran an errand on the way home. ran another errand and power walked this afternoon, too. my fitness goals are done for today.
