Hi Everyone!

It's rough getting back into the swing of things again. It felt like I had two Monday's this week.

Check-In: KCM's Lean Body Circuits boxing, upper body, lower body w/12's

Enjoy your evening!

Deb Thank you. Also, which of the workouts has the most standing poses? I really prefer standing and sitting in a chair. I think that's why I really like the Office program.

Happy Thursday, Everyone!

Diana: Oxycise! 3 is nearly 20 minutes and has floor exercises at the end. All of the Easy Does It series have only standing and sitting exercises. Although I did not actually time them, I believe they are about 21minutes.

Check-In:
DailyBurn.com: DB365
Oxycise! Level 3 Workout
Tai Chi Chih Movements 1-5
Zen 12 Level 4 Sounds of Nature Meditation

Have a tremendous day!

Hi All!

Sorry for the delay! Hope you are all well.

I have been doing lots of swimming, walking and yardwork. Just started working out on a Bow Flex Maxx Trainer - wow! What a workout!!
I'm struggling with my eating...big time.

Have a great evening!

Hi Everyone!

Laura I was worried about you since I hadn't seen you in a few days. Hang in there. Just keep coming back here. For some reason, people struggle even more when they don't have some form of accountability. Have you joined a check in to post about your food/menu/weigh in?

Deb Thank you for the info. Have you gone back to review the instructional DVD? I think I need to do that.

No workout for today. I had a meeting with our advertising rep and then I had a hair appointment. No time for a workout today.

Waving Hi all around!
