Great job with the workouts everyone!
Diana - how are you liking the 10 minute workouts?
I took yesterday off - felt exhausted yet stayed on track with food! I'm not used to feeling tired - I wonder if it's a pollen/alllegy issue!
Sunday: 5 hours of yard work! Yeesh it was a workout!
Today: T 25 lower body. Get ready to sweat!

Hi Everyone!
Added on: 30 minutes on treadmill at the gym.
Laura My job is sedentary. I like the idea of doing 10 minute extras when I can. The problem is keeping it up. It is so easy to let it slide and then end up sitting all day. It just something I am trying to see if it makes any difference.

good evening! just got back from power walking and running errands in a nearby community. I into old navy today and tried on jeans. the size I used to wear was 14 with elastic in the sides. I know where a size 12 without the elastic in the sides!
