Hi Everyone!

My day is going well, so far, with food and exercise. I went to eat with the church group. One of the Deacons ordered one of those jumbo chocolate muffins. He broke it up in pieces and asked who wanted a piece. I declined. Yay for me. A piece just gets me started. I want a piece of this and a piece of that. Also, my thinking has been a piece of something or a free sample is calorie free. I can justify just about anything. LOL
