  • Hello on this Ash Wednesday! Last night's workout was T25 Total Body Focus, and 20 minutes of yoga and a little bit of foam rolling and stretching.

    Not sure how much I'll be able to get in today due to other commitments but hoping to get a workout in at lunch time.
