I need yalls help!!
Alright yall here is the deal. I will be 24 next Friday and weigh 230 lbs. I have a 9 month old baby boy and I'm a stay at home mommy. I am looking for a really great workout dvd that I can do in my living room while my little one naps during the day. I want to be able to lose weight on it and actually tell the results. I also want it to tone and shape my legs and butt. I am going to start this on top of eating as healthy as I possibly can and problems walking to the park close to our house at least 4 times a week...any suggestions?

Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred is a good all around workout. And it's inexpensive.
Your goal of walking to the park is a great one- I always lose more weight when I add more walking into my daily routine. |
Check out your local library! You can get DVDs, books and audio sources all about fitness routines for free, even some of the best ones out there :). People often forget about this- but it's an awesome source and you save so much money! Check out the nutrition section, too!

We have 10 kids and I wish I had known about Leslie Sansone back then. I am 68 and also we have 24 grandkids too.
