no exercise for me today. am on vacation in corte madera, California. i'm visiting my sister and brother-in-law. had a fun afternoon. went to see a musical called fun home.

Hi everyone! I had taken a break from my workouts due to a problem with my neck to see if resting it would help. I've been walking daily, though. Today I decided resting wasn't helping, so I resumed my workouts. Today was T25 Speed 1.0 and then 30 minutes of yoga. Also did some shoveling today from yesterday's snowfall.

EagleRiverDee I hope you can get some relief soon. I have a neck injury from a car wreck. For some reason, chest exercises and pushups cause me to have flare ups so, I avoid chest work.

Tonight was P90X2 Mobility and Recovery- lots of foam roller stuff. Never did that one before- I liked it. The foam roller stuff was pretty awesome.
