Beachbody's Cize Dance Workout

Hi all I have recently been using Beachbody's Cize dance workout and it has helped me lose so much weight! It is easy and fun to use and I don't need any extra motivation to do it because I am enjoying it that much. If anyone else in this forum has tried it too I'd love to hear what you thought about it.

I also do Cize and I absolutely love it! I love to dance, and I love Shaun T's energy and passion. Probably the longest I've ever stuck with a workout regiment!
