Default PiYo

I ordered PiYo today! My body is so used to cardio, cardio cardio.... Hopefully this will give my body a bit of a shock to reach my goals!

Anyone else ever use PiYo? Thoughts?

I love it. I really have to try to push myself though, because the workouts are relatively short (except for Drench, which is 55 minutes long)
Like if you hurt you gotta push through it , because the workouts are too short to take breaks!

How's it going with the PiYO? I've been looking at this and T 25 with Shun T. Are you board with it? Do you feel its challenging enough?

Hi Lexi.
I've already gone through PiYo once, and I love it. For it to be effective you really need to push yourself to the max because the workouts are relatively short.

Funny you mention T25, right now I'm doing a PiYo / T25 hybrid calendar, and loving it.
