Hi ....
Been away a while .... but still trying to exercise.
Today - I did an hour weights and floor exercises at the gym and a 45 minute walk with the kids ...

Hi all,
Today I went walking with my daughter - we did a 2 hour hike. Beautiful hot Xmas weather down here in New Zealand. Also did some planks and other body weight exercises.

15 minutes cardio on the cross trainer - really got my heart rate up!
30 minutes strength work on the weight machines - mainly focused on 5 x 12 reps on different machines for arms, eg a chest press, seated row etc
I am working on more reps of lower weights is better for me than a few reps of a very heavy weight

Treadmill for 15 minutes and then dumbbells for arms and squats (4kg weights) and then floor work for abs and back. I think I need to print off some plans for when i am in the gym so I push myself even more.
