Hi!

I'm thinking about starting Jillian Michaels' DVD 6 Week Six-Pack. Has anyone tried it and seen results?

Hi!
I honestly haven't but I think any exercise it's good if it's well done, just make sure that you have your rest days and don't push yourself too hard at the beginning you have to learn to listen to your body.

Thanks r.levine :) I think I'll start this DVD today or tomorrow and do it 5 times a week for 6 weeks. Can't wait to see the results! :)
