Deb The Oxycise has made me aware of how shallow we actually breath. It seems that it's difficult to change this during your daily routine. That's why working out and Oxycise type stuff is good for us.

Last night I added on: Tamilee Webb's Total Body Stretch (seated)
This Morning: Oxycise Level 2 workout

Deb I also forgot to mention. I find that some positions are better for me to get the deeper, full breaths. I will omit the positions where I feel more constricted and do the ones that are better for me.

I don't remember if I mentioned about my DH situation with the rash and the lab work for tick borne illnesses. We thought it was just a fungal rash since one of his meds can cause that. The labs came back about the tick borne illnesses and he tested positive for Rocky Mountain spotted fever. I called about the results this week since I hadn't heard anything. The labs hadn't contacted the Drs. office either. Today they called with the update. I knew something wasn't right since the rash wasn't clearing up in all the places. He will be put on antibiotics. There was an awful report this week about a woman who contracted this. I don't even want to think about that. Please keep my DH in your prayers.

It's good that there is a diagnosis, finally. You are both in my prayers.

Thusrday my phone logged 10,211 steps, just from getting around the airport!
Fri I walked 10,858 steps. It was over 100 degrees but dry. It felt great! Bought a $1 hula hoop. Work in progress! Have a great weekend everyone!
