I did this one regularly for years..until my copy shredded and died. I even recorded an audio on cassette before the tape failed, but have since lost that cassette (and don't have a cassette player either ) BUT I still have a VHS tape player..and found the workout used on Amazon for $8.00 and it's coming by Thursday night!!

Well my tape arrived today! I eagerly popped it in..and was instantly taken back to 1990..once she started speaking, I could have chimed along with her verbatim, I had that thing memorized!
on the workout itself..man, I remember it was one of my first ones to get into, and it used to wipe me out. I did it pretty easily today, which is only because I've been a consistent exerciser for years, and I was pretty out-of-shape back then.
The leg work portion is good, but over too quickly. I guess I'll just use this tape on my easy days.

I'm that way with a lot of videos from the 90's, especially Kathy Smith. But I've found I can't do them anymore, because I guess that back when I was memorizing them I was also getting really sick of them!
