When I woke up the side of my knee was hurting so I didn't go on the bike ride. But then I was cooking, cleaning, doing errands and it seemed fine. Almost seems like arthritis because when I'm still it gets stiff and hurts. IDK - may need to go a doctor eventually if I can't figure it out.
My DS asked if I wanted to walk the dogs with him (his fiance is out of town) so we walked the dogs 5 miles. It was beautiful out - 73 and just perfect for walking.
So hopefully I can run tomorrow!

Oh no, so sorry to hear about both. That must have been a terrible fall.
The poor couple. Lifting them up in prayer.

Ran this morning - and then did my Leslie stretch!
I changed my route this morning and ended up going longer/farther than I had planned. 4.5 miles! This messed up my time to get ready but I refuse to skip my Leslie stretch!
