Me too - but we don't get much of a fall in Florida - not until November!
Today DH and I rode bikes - 21 miles in 2 hours. Went really early so it was nice out. |
Did the new dvd...........4, ten min. sections which is about 44 min or 3 miles. Not crazy about it yet but I know it takes time.

Finished the last 4 sections of the new dvd.

I walked outside this morning for 25 mins, 5 mins less then the goal I set of 30 so Im pretty proud of myself.

Carol - mine still hasn't arrived. Strange! I did the first three miles of the Four Mile Power Walk. I still don't do the jumping... just jog lightly. Also planked for 2:05. I realized I hadn't planked since Thursday of last week. |

Did the Couch 2 5k. Today was running for eight minutes straight. Wasn't sure I could do it but I was fine. Then came inside and did one mile of the Four mile power walk.
