Teacher I'm sure things will calm down and you will get into a routine that will work for you. Are you bringing your lunch or eating from the lunchroom?
Diana- I'm bringing my lunch all the time except during teacher meeting days. So I'll probably eat out this week and will start bringing my lunch 8/12 when school starts. I just need to focus on healthy choices. One day at a time
Please send some good thoughts and prayers for Cody. His original appointment for his follow up was for tomorrow. The vet called to confirm and I asked about getting him in there today. They had an opening, so I took that appointment. The bump has grown some and the Dr. wants to remove it. They did the labs so they could do the surgery tomorrow.
Diana- praying for Cody. I'm so sorry he has to have surgery. Let us know how it goes.
Today was a long meeting day but I stayed on a healthy eating plan. I also started my turbo fire & chalean extreme hybrid schedule. It's for 12 weeks. We'll see how long I stick with it
